I have nominated Alesha as she has such a lovely disposition, she is always friendly and courteous towards everybody she is contact with. Alesha is an incredibly hard worker, she understands all of her key children's needs and works hard to ensure that these needs are met. She is all round an incredible asset to have at the nursery.
